Glenda has worked in Commmercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management for over 25 years in London and Toronto.
Glenda started her career working with companies such as Cadillac Fairview and Markborough Properties, leasing and marketing properties in Toronto. She worked for seven years with both Royal LePage and Re/Max before starting her own brokerage in May of 2005.
Glenda received her Real Estate Licence in 1978 and is a candidate for her CCIM (Certified Commercial Industrial Management) designation. She has been the top commercial agent (number of MLS transactions) for the past ten years with the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board.
Being a designated Commercial Sales and Leasing Specialist Glenda is able to perform an Opinion of Value for financing and legal value.
Glenda is a member of The Canadian Club and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Wellspring London and Region Foundation. She has volunteered her time in the past as a Rotarian and with Big Sisters.
Glenda is a member of CREW (Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women), a professional association of choice for the most successful women in the industry.
